HOW DOES MONTHLY WEBSITE MAINTENANCE WORK?
Decide what you want done and simply email or open a support request via our support system for any changes/fixes/addition to your website! We will do the rest.
HOW FAST CAN THE FUNCTIONAL CHANGES BE MADE?
The time required for functional changes need to be determined on the case to case basis. However most common tasks like installing a plugin, adding a form, etc can be addressed within 24 to 48 working hours.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED MORE HOURS IN A SPECIFIC MONTH?
If you need more hours in a specific month than your selected plan allows, you will be informed about this and only after your confirmation, we will will work on the task. The additional hours will be billed separately at the hourly rate indicated in the plan.
DO I NEED TO SIGN UP A LONG TERM CONTRACT?
There is no long term contracts or lock-in period for any of our website maintenance plans.You can cancel anytime by requesting before the commencemtn of next billing cycle.

HOW FAST CAN WEBSITE UPDATES BE MADE?
Most updates can be made within 24 hours and usually within the same day. We will inform you prior to beginning the task in case it will take longer than usual.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE TIME SPENT ON EACH TASK?
Time for each task is logged in the support system. You can check this any time via your account. You will also be sent a monthly report with the task wise time spent. You will receive access once you signup.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN NOT USE THE AVAILABLE HOURS IN A SPECIFIC MONTH?
In most of our plans, we have a “carry forward to the next month” (CFNM) policy, which allows you to use the remaining hours from previous month in the subsequent month. In yearly plans, it almost next expires.
WHAT ARE PAY-AS-YOU-GO WEBSITE MAINTENANCE PLANS?
Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) plans are slightly different from Monthly Website Maintenance Plans in a way that you do not pay a monthly fee, rather you buy the fixed number of hours to be used across a period(usually a year).
