Why Bikaner is a good place to do this
You do not have to move to a metro to work on real products. We have been building from Bikaner since 2009, for clients across India, and the work has never been the thing that was limited by the location.
Teams here are small enough that you see a feature from the first conversation through to the client using it. That is rare in larger companies, and it is the fastest way to actually get good.
