Your information is available to the Orkia Solutions team members who need it to respond to you. Client data held in our software

Where you are a client using our software, the business data you store in it belongs to you. We access it only to provide support, to carry out work you have asked for, or where we are required to by law. The specific terms covering that data are set out in your service agreement with us.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the purposes above, and for our business records. If you would like your enquiry details removed, write to us and we will do so, unless we are required to keep them.

This website uses only what is needed for the pages to work correctly. If analytics or advertising cookies are added in future, this page will be updated to describe them and to explain how to decline them.

Your choices
