Business software

Eleven tools for the work that repeats

Customer records, invoices, stock, staff and campaigns kept in one place instead of eleven. Each tool stands on its own, and they share the same customer.

Products

Reach customers, and catch the ones who answer

Eight tools for the outward half of the business: the messages that go out, and the enquiries that come back.

AI marketing

Automate and scale the marketing you already do. Campaign copy drafted for you, adapted per segment, and scheduled so each customer hears from you at a sensible hour rather than everybody at once.

Campaign drafting Segment targeting Send scheduling

WhatsApp marketing

Message customers instantly, on the app they already keep open. Offers, order updates, payment reminders and confirmations, sent to lists built from your own records.

Approved templates Filtered lists Delivery reports

RCS and SMS marketing

Reach users on their phones. Bulk SMS to a list you can filter before you send, and richer RCS messages carrying images and buttons where the handset supports them.

Email marketing

Send emails that convert. Newsletters, offers and the mail that follows a transaction, sent separately or combined once a campaign starts, from lists built out of your own customer records.

Lead generator

Capture leads fast, from wherever they arrive. Website forms, landing pages, advertisements and QR codes all land in one list, with the source recorded against each name.

Landing pages Forms and QR codes Source tracking

Digital vCard

A digital visiting card for your business. Contact details, catalogue, location, payment links and social profiles on one page, shared by link or QR code and changed without reprinting anything.

Website builder

Build websites fast and easy, from ready-made sections you edit yourself afterwards. For a business that needs to be online this week rather than this quarter. Where the website is central to how you sell, our team designs it instead.

Business management

The records the business actually runs on

Customers, money and people. Three systems for the inward half, where the same information stops being written down twice.

CRM software

Manage customers from one list. Organise, track and record every lead: who called, what they wanted, who is handling it and what happens next.

Billing and inventory

Simplified operations. Invoicing, stock and accounting in one place: raise a bill and the stock moves, the customer balance updates and the books follow.

HRMS software

Manage your workforce from one record per employee. Attendance, leave, documents and the inputs a salary run needs, so month-end stops depending on a register and somebody's memory.

Employee records Attendance and leave Payroll inputs

One customer record, whichever tool you are in

Run them separately and each does its job. Run them together and the same customer is recognised everywhere, so nobody retypes a phone number to send an invoice or a campaign.

  • Added onceA customer created in the CRM is available for billing, SMS, voice and email without being entered again.
  • Filtered, not blastedCampaign lists are built from what you already know: what they bought, where they are, what they still owe.
  • One history per customerInvoices, calls and campaigns all sit against the same name, so any team member can pick up where the last one left off.

The same tools, fitted to different businesses

A distributor and a coaching institute both need customers, bills and follow-ups. What changes is the order the work happens in.

Counter to stock, in one action

A bill raised at the counter reduces stock immediately, so the evening count matches what actually sold.

Reorder before you run out

Low-stock levels are visible against each item rather than discovered when a customer asks for it.

Offers to the people who buy

Send a festival offer by SMS to customers who bought that category before, instead of the whole list.

Outstanding, always current

Credit given and payments received sit against the same customer, so dues do not need reconstructing.

How a project starts

Three steps, the same way we have always run them.

No. Most businesses start with one, usually the CRM or billing, and add the others when there is a reason to. Each tool works on its own.
The software is pre-built and tested, which is what keeps it quick to start and affordable. Fields, formats, roles and reports are adjusted to your business as part of setup. Larger changes to how a process works are quoted separately once we understand what you need.
Existing customer lists, item masters and outstanding balances are usually brought in from a spreadsheet at the start. Tell us what format it is in and we will confirm what can be imported before you commit.
Training is part of the setup. The tools are built for people who run a business, not for specialists, and support is available afterwards by phone and email.
It depends on which tools you take, how many users you need and how much setup is involved. Share your requirements and we will send a written proposal with the figure on it.
